Server Issues and Star Factor Update

***UPDATE – 3:10pm CST – Card images should start coming back online. Please refresh cards in the settings menu to view them****

As many of you may have noticed, thousands of apps and online services have unexpectedly stopped due to the Amazon S3 server outage today. Users may notice that cards are not loading as well as other services that rely on the Amazon S3 servers. We are actively monitoring the situation and hope to have full service restored soon.

As this occurred during the newest Star Factor drop the following cards will not be required for the set rewards:

• Julio Jones Patch
• Julio Jones Tag

The Julio Jones Star Factor standard jersey will still be required for the standard jersey reward.
